Thai Table Massage

Thai Massage has its origins from traditional practices incorporating the use of massage, herbs, diet and meditiation which date back to India over 2500 years ago. This is an adapted form of the Thai therapy and is carried out on a massage table, with the client fully clothed, and no oils are used. The session incorporates manipulation using massage, stretching techniques and gentle pressure along the meridians, or energy lines of the body. This is a full body treatment based upon freeing energy flow within the individual, it is also an effective means of improving blood and lymph circulation and balancing the nervous system.  This particular therapy lasts for approximately 1 hour.

Thai table massage is a suitable treatment for those with general imbalances in physical or emotional well-being.  It is  appropriate for a range of joint mobility issues, as well as releasing stress and tension, and is an energising and refreshing therapy.
